Visa

Participants that require a visa for entry into the Russian Federation will need to obtain the visa from the Russian Consular Institutions.

To receive a visa it is necessary to have an individual invitation from the Organizing Committee.

Invitations from the Organizing Committee of Khanty-Mansiysk will be issued to those that register on-line. You will need to indicate last name, first name, date of birth, sex, citizenship, passport number and the expiration date of passport.  Please, indicate also e-mail (fax) where the Organizing Committee can send the invitations. Invitations will be sent not earlier than a month before the competitions.

Consular Institutions have been recommended to exempt the participants from visa fees. In case a visa fee is required by the Consular Institution, the Organizing Committee will reimburse it in Khanty-Mansiysk after sight of the receipt.
