This modern hotel complex is situated in the 2 hectares territory surrounded by old-growth cedarwood in the countryside, 1,5 km from the airport, 15 min. drive form the city centre, 15 minutes drive from World Chess Olympiad venue and 25 minutes drive from FIDE Congress venue.

Every room is equipped with satellite TV, mini-bar, telephone, balcony, safe, trouser press, built-in dryer, mirror, towels (for face, feet, and bath ones), and accessories. All rooms have Internet outlet.


Single “Econom” room SGL/ Е - a room with single bed, shower. Rooms are decorated in the Scandinavian style and are situated in the С «Comfort» building. Area – 19 m2 .


Single “Standard” SGL/STD room - a room with double bed, shower. Rooms are decorated in the Classical, Scandinavian and high-tech style and are situated in the С «Comfort» building. Area – 21,5 m2.


Double room TWN - a room with 2 single beds, bath. Rooms are situated in the С -1 «President» and С -2 "Continent" buildings. Area – 27 m2.


Double room DBL - н a room with double bed, bath (advance design, bigger size of the room). Rooms are decorated in the Classical, Scandinavian and High-Tech style and are situated in the A «Atrium» building. Area – 26 m2.
 
Double «Junior Suite /APPART» - 2-rooms apartment with conditioner. Sitting room is equipped with mini-kitchen, cushioned furniture (sofa, arm-chairs). Bedroom with double bed. In the bathroom there are Jacuzzi, bathrobe, slippers, and accessories. Rooms are decorated in the Eastern, Classical and High-Tech styles, are situated in the living building С -1 «President» and С -2 «Continent». Area – 58 m2 .  
 
Double room «Suite/LUX» – 2-rooms apartment with conditioner. Sitting room with cushioned furniture (sofa, 2 arm-chairs). Bedroom with double bed. In the bathroom there are Jacuzzi, bathrobe, slippers, and accessories. Rooms are decorated in the Eastern, Classical and High-Tech styles, are situated in А «Atrium» и С -1 «President» buildings. Area – 67 m2 .  
 
Double room «Suite/WELLNESS» – 2-rooms apartment with conditioner. Sitting room with cushioned furniture (sofa, 2 arm-chairs). Bedroom with double bed. In the bathroom there are Jacuzzi, Douche of Charcot, bathrobe, slippers, and accessories. Room is situated in С-1 «President» building. Area – 67 m2.  
 

Presidential apartment – occupies the whole floor of the hotel, consists of conference room, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, room for secretary, study, bedroom, sauna, bathroom, rooms with the elements of antique decoration, Douche of Charcot, guest room. Total area – 550 m2 .

 

Breakfast, gym, swimming pool, group classes are included in the price.
